  • Our own entities, our own staff. Your employees are employed by Eor.vn companies in Vietnam and supported by our own team in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City — not passed to a subcontractor you have never heard of.
  • By the book, visibly. Full-salary insurance declarations, real contracts, no cash top-ups. If a setup only works while nobody looks at it, we do not build it.
  • Transparent to the đồng. Statutory costs at cost, one flat fee, and a monthly report your accountant can reconcile without emailing us.
  • Built to be outgrown. When your Vietnam team is big enough for its own entity, we help you transfer it — continuity of service intact, no exit fees. Several of our favorite clients are former clients.

What we put in writing

  • Replies within one business day — usually much faster, in English or Vietnamese.
  • Salaries paid by the last working day of every month, without exception.
  • Every filing deadline in the compliance calendar met under our name and our responsibility.
