Eor.vn provides employer of record services in Vietnam. For data collected through this website, Eor.vn is the data controller. Contact: contact@eor.vn.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics identifiers. The contact form composes an email in your own mail application; its contents are not stored on this site. We receive only what you choose to send us by email: typically your name, work email, company and the details of your hiring plans.
Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery; fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data needed to deliver them.
What we use it for
To answer you, prepare quotes, and perform the services you ask us for. The legal bases are taking steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted — unless we enter a service relationship, in which case records are kept as Vietnamese accounting and labor law requires.
Your rights
Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection — and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR — you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to contact@eor.vn; we respond within the statutory deadlines.
Employee data
Personal data of people we employ as employer of record is processed under separate agreements and notices provided during onboarding — not under this website policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
