Eor.vn hires your chosen candidate under a Vietnamese labor contract with our registered local entity, registers them for social, health and unemployment insurance, withholds and files their personal income tax, pays their salary in đồng by the last working day of each month, administers 13th-month salary and benefits, and — when the day comes — handles resignation or termination strictly by the Labor Code. You direct their work; we answer for their employment.

What is included

One monthly fee per employee covers the full employment lifecycle. There are no "implementation fees", no charge to onboard, none to offboard.

A month with Eor.vn

Payroll in Vietnam is a rhythm of hard deadlines. This is ours — the same calendar, every month:

DateWhat happens
15thInput cutoff: new hires, salary changes, overtime, bonuses, expenses.
20thYou receive the draft payroll report for approval — gross, deductions, employer costs, our fee, all itemized. PIT declaration for the previous month is filed with the tax authority.
25thPayroll runs. You receive one consolidated invoice.
Last working daySalaries arrive in employees' VND accounts. Social insurance contributions are paid to the authority.

Year-end adds two fixed events: PIT finalization filed by 31 March, and compulsory leave-balance and insurance reconciliations, which we run without being asked.

What your employee experiences

EOR arrangements fail when the employee feels like a second-class hire. Ours do not, because the employment is real and local:

  • A proper Vietnamese labor contract — the document their bank, landlord and visa officer recognize.
  • Social and health insurance paid in full, visible in the national VssID app.
  • Payslips in Vietnamese, salary in đồng, on time. The 13th month arrives before Tết, as it should.
  • A Vietnamese-speaking HR contact at Eor.vn for leave, allowances, insurance and tax questions.

Where we say no. We do not run "contractor disguise" setups, cash top-ups outside payroll, or dual contracts that understate salary for insurance purposes. These expose you and your employee to real penalties — and they are the main reason companies get audited. If you want the gray-zone version, we are the wrong partner.

Pricing logic

You see three lines on every invoice, and they never blur into each other:

  1. Gross salary — agreed between you and your employee. We pass it through untouched.
  2. Statutory employer costs — insurance and union fund at the legal rates, at cost, with the calculation shown.
  3. Our fee — flat, per employee, from US$199/month. The only line we earn.

Details and a worked example are on the pricing page.
